What data we keep

As little as possible. The system is built to work without knowing who you are.

Questions

The question and the answer are kept permanently, without any data that would identify you. In that form they are no longer personal data, and we can use them to answer others with the same problem better.

Contact details

If you give us an email or phone number, it is stored in a separate record, apart from the content of the question, and deleted automatically 90 days after we reply. After deletion the question remains, but there is no longer any link between it and you.

You can avoid this entirely by choosing the secret-link answer. Then we collect nothing.

Photos

Photos of the fault, the label and the receipt are visible only to the association's technicians and are never published. The label photo is read automatically to identify the device model.

What we do not collect

• The name of the repair shop you used. We neither ask for it nor store it.
• Location more precise than the county.
• Behavioural profiles, advertising tracking, marketing cookies.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. You can exercise these by writing to our contact address. For data already anonymised we cannot identify which record is yours — which is, after all, the point of anonymising it.
