The European Repair Information Form
From 31 July 2026 this form exists at European level. You can request it at any repair shop. Here it is ready to print — take it with you and put it on the counter.
Why it matters
If the repairer issues it, the price and duration information binds them for 30 days. A written price that cannot change at collection — that is the difference from a phone estimate.
How to use it
- Print it and take it with you when you hand the device in.
- Ask the repairer to fill it in before starting the work.
- Keep a copy. If the price differs at collection, you have something to rely on.
The form is below. When printing, the menu and the rest of the page disappear.
